Email reminders
Each department gets its own schedule. By default a reminder goes to the assignee of each item; switch the recipients if a department would rather everyone saw the whole list. Times are IST. Emails come from SCO_T via Resend — the free plan allows about 100 a day, so prefer weekly over daily for large departments.
